Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of Abundant Lawn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the State of Florida.

Abundant Lawn provides lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, and seasonal cleanup. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.

• Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the property on scheduled service days. 
• Locked gates, aggressive pets, or blocked areas may result in skipped service and/or additional fees. 
• Service dates may be adjusted due to weather or operational needs. 

• Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• Late payments may incur fees permitted under Florida law. 
• Abundant Lawn reserves the right to suspend services for nonpayment. 

• All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. 
• Additional charges may apply for overgrown lawns, debris removal, or unforeseen conditions. 
• Prices are subject to change with notice. 

• Remove personal items, debris, and pet waste from service areas prior to scheduled visits. 
• Notify us of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards. 
• Maintain proper watering and care when fertilization or treatment services are performed. 

• Abundant Lawn is not responsible for damage to hidden or improperly marked items (e.g., irrigation heads, wiring, décor). 
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by normal lawn maintenance operations. 
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. 

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or events beyond our control, including storms common in Florida.

• Customers must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations. 
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. 

We strive for customer satisfaction. Any concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of service so we can address them.

Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Florida.

Abundant Lawn reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
